PART ONE
Watching down, from above
A great moon, our final love.
Our wishes given, our fates are set
Will we visit, the place we met.
An offering placed, before the sky
To celebrate, to say goodbye.
Now we rest, but not for long
Tomorrow will bring, the sun’s great song.
PART TWO
Between traditional and modern festival,
We are together again.
And the moon looks like the sunshine,
Radiating different colours.
That is an amazing celebration
Some men and women still focus on their work,
Some children and some old people are waiting for their family to return home,
Some county’s and some city’s worry about weather and survival,
And I want to become the evening star,
To let anyone see the light.
Today is hard and exciting
This month, a birthday and a lucky day.
And this year shall change your whole life
Farewell this night,
Hello tomorrow.
